Therapeutic Massage-  $70.00 /hr.  Blends the knowledge and skills of the practitioner to best meet the needs of the individual and is normally provided on a regular basis.
     - Swedish Massage- Blends the use of effleurage (light stroking), petrissage (deeper kneading and lifting of muscle), percussion, vibration, and friction to gently relax and rejuvenate.
     -  Deep Tissue Massage- Includes techniques of deeper kneading and compression to penetrate though to underlying layers of soft tissue, muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
    - NueroMuscular Therapy- (Trigger Point) Used predominantly for pain control to release areas of tension and toxicity in muscle tissue to help speed recovery of damaged tissue.
    - Myofascial Structural Integration- Used to identify and relieve restrictions in connective tissue to bring the major segments of the body into better vertical alignment.
     - Lymph Drainage- Helps reduce (drain) fluid from tissue and promote a stronger immune response.

Reiki- $65.00/hr.  Holistic energy based modality used to re-establish a normal “ki” energy flow throughout the body. Used to enhance and accelerate the body’s ability to heal itself.

Hypnotherapy-  $125.00/2hrs minimum- Quit smoking, lose weight, change bad habits, increase self-confidence, reduce stress......and so much more. A minimum of two 1 hour sessions required, $75.00  for each additional hour.
